Canadian distributor Theatrixx specifies Vision Pro
Our Canadian distributor Theatrixx Technologies specified the Vision Pro for one of their biggest clients Solotech for an important project in New York. This is the first unit running the new Vertex-engine which was customized to suit their customers need.
Solotech is a Montreal-based AV company that has provided equipment and specialized staff for several artists touring around the globe; Britney Spears, Michael Bublé, Kylie Minogue, Leonard Cohen and many others.
The new vertex engine
In Q3 the successor of the VisionOS, the vertex engine, will be launched. With the new Vertex show-control software for the Vision Pro we introduce a lot of groundbreaking features:
- Core Protocols: You can control any AV device which has external control possibilities.
- Cues: Create a combination of various show-control commands into one cue for a cue-list, scripting, interface buttons and-so-on.
- Widget Interface: Create customs layouts for your show, whether it's for a busking live show or a pre-programmed tour.

In-between update, V 1.2.1
Although we're working hard on the totally re-engineered 2.0 engine we have added a few features and fixed some bugs of the current 1.2.0 version. You can find it here. You can also add master puput levels of a Hippotizer in a dock, which can be very convenient when you're controlling multiple (e.g. 4) Hippotizer media-servers from the Vision Pro.

Midiator on Prolight & Sound 2011
We 're exhibiting on the Prolight & Sound tradeshow in stand C83 in hall 9.0 from 6-9 April. We're going to show some mind boggling new features of the upcoming V2.0 version of the VisionOS:
Create actions for any connected device in one single cue. If it's either a media-server, scaler, light-desk or other type of device it can all be controlled from one location. This is how easy complex show-control should be!
New layer controller update, V 1.2.0
The new features of the VisionOS showed on the ISE are now available for download in the new V 1.2.0 version of the software. You can find it here. In this version we have implemented a new layer controller and support for various professional projectors (Barco / Panasonic / Hitachi / NEC and others).
